Lie on the incline bench, with your feet on the floor. Grip the barbell, keeping your hands little more than shoulder-width apart.
Take it off the rack, inhale and slowly lower it towards your chest. Stay in this position for 2 seconds. Exhale while going back to the initial position.
It is not affected by the weather conditions so can be left outside all year round and still look the same in December as it was in January.
Benches are very useful things. They can be used to sit on, to rest your feet for a while. You can find benches in parks, in cities, in shopping malls and just about everywhere. You can see them situated a certain distance from one another, so that you can sit down and take it easy. These benches range from plain to ornamental and vary in construction from simple wood to very ornate metal scrolling. Some even have cushions on them to soften the seat. This can take a load off and save you from having a very sore seat when you finally do get up from the bench.
