The bedroom bench may function as further storeroom for your clothes, bed sheets and pillows if there's not enough space within the wardrobe. In a different case, you may place on it all the clothes and things that are required for the next day.
While doing so, you have the option of going for positive or negative training. You just have to lower the bar for negative training, and push the bar back up for positive training.

In the case of such people, the decline routine for strength is probably a better option. This is more suited to their body type and might prove to be more effective.
